Description:
This 24' x 24' Mortise and tenon barn with knee wall can be used for just about anything! The frame is designed using 8x8 post, 8x12 girders, 8x12 plate beams, 8x8 band joist, 6x8 joist, 4x10 rafters and 4x6 knee braces. We designed this to be easy to cut with no complicated joinery along with using structural wood screws and some metal straps which will be hidden.
